We deliver nationwide within South Africa via The Courier Guy, PUDO and Aramex. Standard delivery takes 1–4 working days from payment confirmation.

Delivery is charged at checkout based on the selected courier. Collection from our Kimberley head office is free and usually ready within 24 hours.

Bulky items such as complete backup trolleys and panel pallets may require a dedicated freight quote; we will confirm before dispatch.

Unused, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is for the customer's account.

Faulty products are handled under the manufacturer warranty stated on each product page — 2–5 years on inverters, 5–10 years on lithium batteries and up to 25 years performance warranty on panels.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and, where applicable, evidence of correct installation by a certified installer.

We collect only the information needed to process your order, quote or enquiry: name, contact details, delivery address and order history.

We never sell your personal information. Data is stored securely and shared only with couriers and payment providers as required to fulfil your order.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us.

Prices are quoted in South African Rand and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed on your invoice applies.

Orders are confirmed once payment reflects in our account. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable.

Installation services are subject to a separate site assessment and quotation. Electrical work is carried out by certified installers in line with South African regulations.
